Mako Watersports

Our Jetski tour with our tour guide Marcus was unforgettable! He took us to the shipwreck, secret beach and Noah's Ark. The skis are powerful and a blast to ride! Me and my friends ended the 2 hour tour with giant smiles on our faces and core memories. Definitely a must do on your trip to Turks and Caicos!!!

It was a great experience. We had 2hour jet ski tour, we saw many beautiful places and enjoyed it all the time. We started on time and guide was a Nice guy.

We had a fantastic tour with a great guide who constantly made sure to keep track of us and show us where to go. We loved the shipwreck tour! The ladder has been removed, so you can’t climb on the ship, but it was still super cool to see it up close and hear the story of how it came to be there.

Our experience with Mako Watersports, Turks and Caicos was not good. First of all when we booked we booked for February 1st and I know that we booked for February 1st because my husband had me double check the reservation. Now when we got there and they sent us a reminder, the reminder had February 2 on it. Which only pissed me off a little bit because it was rainy on the 1st, But I was still upset because I wanted to go to Noah’s ark which is turned up on Sunday Which was February 1st. Now we booked two excursions with them because it’s my birthday so we did the clear kayak photo shoot and the jet ski same day about an hour apart from each other. For the photo shoot, we did not receive anything telling us where we’re supposed to meet to take the photo shoot. We called multiple times, couldn’t get anyone on the phone. So we drove to the Mako office couldn’t find no one there that works for Mako. Lucky enough. We talk to a guy on the dock who knew someone and called them. They were able to help us get to where we need to be for the photo shoot. The photo shoot was awful. The guy rushed me through it. The kayak was cheap and broken. The jet skiing was okay, we went to Noah’s ark but there was nobody there, but the workers. Now what really pissed me off is after we finished and left the dock, the mako worker texted us and told us we didn’t pay the right amount for the photo shoot. We did! However somebody didn’t do there job and telling them we paid a deposit which would covered the full cost. This was a hot mess, nobody new what they where doing. I would never book with them again in any country. The only reason why I gave a 3 star is because the jet skiing guy Marco was very nice. Otherwise this would get a 2 star.

My fiancé and I did the 2 hour custom jet ski tour with our amazing guide, Sam. Sam gave us a wonderful experience, offering to take us anywhere we wanted to see and we told him to bring us to his favorite spots. He showed us many beautiful areas and gave us the history along the way. Only complaint was that we wished we booked the 3 hour tour instead. We even already booked a second tour to see the sites we missed!!!
