Phenomenal experience. We booked a private catamaran half day tour. Weather was dicey, and they we able to move to next day seemlessly. Great communication. Trip itself was fantastic. Some of the best snorkeling ever. Stopped at the sandbar and iguana island. Crew of Wilie and Reggie were fantastic guides. Could not do enough for us. Food and cocktails also first rate. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Sunset Cruise (adults only ) This experience was incredible. The crew was amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. So much fun, great food, good music, and a beautiful sunset. Don’t hesitate to book this experience, it’s absolutely worth the price, the time, and the views.

Great experience booking online in advance of our scheduled vacation. We did the sunset cruise one evening and the snorkel, beach, iguana Island, and sandbar trip another day. Both excursions were amazing and the highlight of our trip. The staff was very friendly with high energy & drinks, appetizers and food was delicious! We will definitely book with ocean vibes next go round ☀️🏝️🤍

We booked the Leeward Reef, Half Moon Bay, Iguana Island, and Sandbar tour for 4 adults and 3 children less than 24 hours in advance. The forecast showed sun, but we woke up to black skies and heavy rain. With three small kids, we asked to reschedule by one day—not cancel—because the conditions were clearly miserable and would be uncomfortable for them. There was plenty of availability the next day, yet Ocean Vibes refused, repeating the 24-hour policy and offering no flexibility or customer care. We reluctantly went anyway as this trip cost us $1300 Canadian, and after an hour-long ride the operator announced that snorkeling at the reef was unsafe due to pouring rain and 5-foot swells. This validated exactly why we had asked to move the tour. Instead, we were taken to an alternate site (a shipwreck) where we saw only a handful of fish—nothing close to the reef experience their tour advertises. Half Moon Bay was also cancelled, despite the weather having cleared when we were meant to go. 2/4 scheduled stops did not happen. We contacted Ocean Vibes through Viator, explaining the situation and requesting a full or even partial refund for the portions of the tour that were not delivered. They declined both. They were paid in full for an experience they did not provide. This is also not a family-friendly tour. There was lots of drinking on board (It was an 8:30 am pickup) and one of the guides was even dancing with and filming two tipsy ladies. Very little information or guidance was provided at Iguana Island or at any other stop, or just along the way. We were also taken to the sandbar at high tide, when it was barely visible. As you can see from the photos below, the sandbar is basically not visible (water was up to my 5 year-old's thighs!) Overall, this tour was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, no flexibility, unprofessional behaviour and a refusal to acknowledge that the majority of the advertised experience was not provided. I would not recommend Ocean Vibes to families or anyone expecting a properly delivered tour. Easily the worst excursion we have ever been on. **** After I posted the review about this tour operator claimed that I blackmailed them. I simply told them on the phone the morning of the excursion (prior to the excursion) that because they were unable to move my tour 1 day and accommodate three small kids, I would be leaving them a 1 star review. I did not ask for a refund at that point. I asked for a refund AFTER I attended the excursion which was not provided as advertised. Since the review above was posted this tour operated has amended the tour description on Viator. Previously it said Iguana cay followed by half moon bay, now it says either or. They also apparently took photos and videos of me and my children without my knowledge. Creepy. Sure, we enjoyed parts of the tour. What else are we going to do sit and frown? We tried to make the best of what was offered. But the problem is, what was offered, was not what we paid for. On top of that, its not that the weather was not to my preference. The tour operator told us, its unsafe to snorkel at Leeward Reef. That is not what I said, that is what the person on board said. This tour company fails all around in customer service. And attempts to gaslight families with small children that simply wanted a memorable day in Turks and Caicos. Horrendous. ******

We booked a snorkel and stingray tour through our Carnival cruise in Grand Turk and ended up on the best boat, the Oh Flukes. We had an incredible experience in one of the most beautiful places, the crew were so nice, and made the day fun, highly recommend.
